Niacinamide + Panthenol

Niacinamide + Panthenol is a simple solution of Vitamin B3 and B5 with Propanediol.

In its niacinamide form, Vitamin B3 works to prevent water loss and retain skin's moisture content. It's also known to increase keratin. When it comes to aging skin, niacinamide improves the surface structure, helping smooth out skin's texture and reduce the look of wrinkles. Other helpful benefits of niacinamide are that it helps renew and restore the surface of skin against moisture loss and dehydration by helping skin improve its natural production of skin-strengthening ceramides. When ceramides become depleted over time, skin is left vulnerable to all sorts of problems, from persistent patches of dry, flaky skin to increasingly becoming extra-sensitive.

Vitamin B5 which is also known as Panthenol, manage the negative results that oxidative stress can have on our skin, such as redness, fine lines, skin roughness and more. Panthenol works to support skin in numerous ways, first by maintaining the strength of the skin’s outer barrier by sealing in hydration in the outer barrier, then it infuse skin cells with nutrients that rejuvenate and revitalize skin cells, helping to defy the aging process. It also helps to maintain healthy levels of fibroblasts – the cells that are most prolific in our skin’s connective tissue – which in turn boosts collagen and elastin, the proteins that help keep skin luminous, elastic and even toned.

You can add this solution to your existing toner or moisturiser, 10% or 20% is good enough. If you want it stronger, you can apply this solution directly onto the skin after toner. There is no concern in having more than enough of this solution onto the skin.
