Scalp Care Shampoo
This shampoo is carefully formulated to improve the condition of the scalp. With ingredients such such argan oil, evening primrose oil, jojoba oil, Gleditsia Sinensis (皂角), Sapindus Saponaria (无患子), Fallopia Multiflora (何首乌) and Ginseng (人参), these ingredients are known to protect the scalp, turn grey hair darker. With stronger scalp, you will get better hair growth.
Note: because of the nature of the herbs, hair tend to feel dry immediately after washing when the hair is damp and maybe so even when it is dry for some. Our hair conditioner is created to address this issue and therefore, it is recommended that you use our HAIR CARE CONDITIONER as well to achieve the best result.

Nice smell, little suds but not difficult to use. Two pumps sufficient to keep my scalp and hair clean. I have itchy spot on the scalp on day2 before I wash when using other shampoo but this shampoo keeps me itch free. Definitely a keeper.

This is a game changer. i’ve used many diff versions of sulfate free shampoo and all of them cause me to have the waxy build up on my scalp making my hair very greasy and gross. Bought this shampoo to try and am glad I bought the 500ml straight to save cost. It has a faint TCM Herbal smell but I kinda like the scent and Alicia is very nice to throw in sample for the conditioner which has a very light scent as well. Overall it’s one of the best natural shampoos I’ve ever tried so far that didn’t give me any issues.

I have long hair and lead a very active lifestyle. Imagine my skepticism when I realised this shampoo is in complete liquid form! Little amount of suds and slightly herbal scented. After using this shampoo daily for 2 weeks now, I must say that its effectiveness is 10/10. My head feels very clean, even after gym and a full day outdoor. This clean feeling last until the whole of next day. Pair this shampoo with Alicia's Hair Care Conditioner (which smells very nice), my hair feels naturally soft with a light fragrance. My 2nd most loved product from Alicia!

Thanks Steph for being able to accept the runny texture of the shampoo! Staying true to our belief that Less is More, we only add what is necessary good for the scalp and discard the "feel good" factor that the usual shampoo has, therefore it doesn't have kind of expected viscosity. We hope that the shampoo will continue to work well for you!
Soft and fluffy
I had my 1st wash using the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo has no suds as it intended to be since suds derived from SLS which is chemical. Not use to it initially but just need to ensure the correct way. So I checked with Alicia on how to use it!. I like the after dried texture of my hair , soft and fluffy. I wash my hair alternate day, on the day to wash again, my hair is still soft n fluffy. Alicia explained that is how the 无患子 works. I hope to see result of less hair loss after a few wash :). Like the smell of the conditioner, lavender EO. Guidance from Alicia: Pump 1 time, spread and rinse, to clear the surface grease. Pump 1 time again, repeat the process, this round is to deep clean and should have some suds. Rinse off and you can feel the "squeak squeak". Towel dry and do not comb the hair untl it is dry, it will be soft and fluffy.

Thanks Chloe for being patient with the shampoo as it does take a few wash to get use to it. The newer version should be lighter, slightly more suds even without sls and provide more protection to the hair. Doesn't it sounds great?
