Magnesium Oil
Magnesium oil is made from a mixture of magnesium chloride flakes and water. Magnesium chloride is an easy-to-absorb form of magnesium that may be able to raise levels of this nutrient within the body when applied topically to the skin.
Magnesium is an essential nutrient that's depleted by stress, and it's credited with everything from easing post-workout soreness to improving digestion and boosting sleep quality.
Magnesium oil helps to improve skin's overall appearance by inhibiting the over production of sebum that leads to acne and other disorders of the skin. Magnesium deficiency also results in lower levels of fatty acids on the skin, this reduces elasticity and moisture and creates the perfect condition for dryness and lack of tone.
Magnesium oil can be applied tropically on wrinkle and acne spot, open pores where sebum production is overly active.
If your body’s cellular magnesium levels are low and you apply magnesium oil directly onto your skin, it may sometimes sting or tingle a little. This is not an allergic reaction—magnesium is found naturally in the body and is vital to good health. Your body is simply building a tolerance to magnesium, a large molecule being rapidly absorbed through your skin. Over time and with gradual use, this sensation usually decreases.
Magnesium oil is also great for sore muscle, apply directly on where it hurts will do. Exercise too much today and you know that your body will ache tomorrow? Then apply Magnesium Oil after sport, your body will hurt less tomorrow
Migraine? It could be due to lack of magnesium. Apply at the back of the neck and on your shoulder to ease the tension.
