Recycle Program

 

At All About Alicia, we try our best to use less plastic and recycle as much as we can to play our small part in preserving the environment and saving the earth.  Our boxes and most of the bottles can be recycled, if you choose to.

If you would like to return the boxes, the hay, the bottles, I am happy to receive them as long as they are in good condition. This is what you need to do:

  1. Contact me at alicia@allaboutalicia.com to express your interest in participating in the program
  2. During your next order, I will send you a mini carton box.
  3. Keep the carton box to collate the items to be recycled. Please ensure that you fully utilised the space in there. All items must be in good condition, washed, dried and label removed.
  4. Once it is full, contact me again at alicia@allaboutalicia.com. I will arrange a courier service to collect. Please note that
    1. collection can only be carried out on weekday during office hour. Therefore, you need to provide me a date and location where someone is available during the stipulated time.
    2. Please inform me 2 days in advance to make such arrangement
    3. You need to be able to print the airway bill that I would send you via email
  1. In return, you will receive a 2 masks of your choice
