We have moved!

First, we would like to apologize that our loyalty program has been really bad as we were struggling to work it out with the third-party supplier.  Unfortunately, after giving them almost a year, they still cannot resolve the technical issues. 

I was afraid to move because of the data trapped there, also I am worried of jumping from one bad ship to another sinking ship.  I interviewed a few and decided on this new supplier base on the fact that they are very responsive to my queries.
